In training for a marathon, I was looking for a local remedial massage for body maintenance in the final weeks of preparation, and I couldn’t be more happy with the attention, skill and care I’ve received from Kana at Advanced Myotherapy. The studio itself is beautifully set up, just the perfect balance of professional (I’m confident I’m in hands that understand the needs of an older athlete wanting a thorough and deep remedial treatment) and indulgent (the colours, textures, and scents of the studio are perfectly pitched, nurturing and gentle on the senses).
