Do we offer HICAPS in clinic?
All of our bookings are paid when made. Instead of claiming in clinic, you are provided with an invoice after your visit to claim with your Health fund provider.
What happens if I cancel?
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments.
What is your refund policy?
We do not provide refunds for any bookings cancelled without 7 days notice and a cancellation fee of $20.
Booking credit will remain for future treatments for cancelled bookings.
Can I claim on my Private Health?
Invoices are issued by your therapist upon completion of each visit for claiming purposes at you request. Package booking invoices are issued the same way as individual visits.
Do you have a Hygiene Protocol?
All practitioners have completed the Government Infection Control Covid-19 Training. Please note : Bookings may be moved up to 15 minutes for hygiene protocols and sanitisation.
