Private Health Claims

Invoices are issued by your therapist upon completion of each visit for claiming purposes at you request. Package booking invoices are issued the same way as individual visits.

You can buy gift vouchers online or order physical recycled card vouchers. Custom amounts are available.

All practitioners have completed the Government Infection Control Covid-19 Training. Please note due to Gov. Regulations, your booking may be moved up to 15 minutes for hygiene protocols.

Bookings / Rescheduling

All bookings are paid when made and can be easily completed online saving time. To reschedule, simply use your email confirmation link. Cancellations / Reschedules require 24 hours. Refunds require 7 days notice and an administration fee.

For any urgent (such as emergency appointments) matters, please call to contact us and leave a voicemail if the line is busy. To leave a message, simply wait for the beep at the end. Otherwise, we tend to email frequently for any other non urgent queries.
