We have a 48 hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Failing to provide 48 hrs notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment will deem such credit as void and vouchers forfeited. This policy ensures our therapists time is valued and any clients in need are not turned away for otherwise available booking times.
This 48 hour cancellation / reschedule policy ensures this happens minimally. All treatments are fully pre paid as a booking policy which means that any rescheduling or cancellations are not refundable. If cancellations are made with 48 hrs notice, fees will be credited towards future treatment.
Due to the demand for our services, All bookings at Advanced Myotherapy are pre paid and require 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations or the full non-refundable amount will be charged.
Advanced Myotherapy keep all client contact and file information private and confidential and does not share any details obtained with any third party.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you are returning your product.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Oils and balms cannot be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been used will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If your product is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item in our store.
